All participants must submit duly completed registration forms. Online registration can be made via this web site. Alternatively, the form may be printed and returned to KongresKompagniet.

Accommodation
KongresKompagniet has made preliminary hotel reservations in different categories in the city centre. Please state your preference on the registration form. In order to obtain the specified prices, reservation must be made through KongresKompagniet. The hotels are booked on a first-come first-served basis. Payment for accommodation must be made directly to the hotel upon departure.
Confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation
KongresKompagniet will send you a confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation upon receipt of your registration form and registration fee. Please bring along these receipts for presentation at the registration desk on your arrival. All receipts and confirmations for early registrations will be sent in mid-December 2009.
Change of hotel reservation
If you wish to change your hotel reservation, date of arrival or date of departure, we ask you kindly to contact KongresKompagniet and not the hotel.
Payment
Payment must be in DKK and must be made by cheque drawn on “Danske Bank”, by bank transfer or by credit card. Please state your name, address and “RO2010” on all documents.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation must be made in writing. In case of cancellation no later than 31 December 2009, the full amount less a cancellation fee of DKK 350 will be refunded. In case of cancellation after 31 December 2009, no refund will be made.
