Non-resident participants, 4-10 August 2001
The supplementary fee for non-resident participants is DKK 1,700.This amount will cover lunches and coffee/tea only, and non-resident participants should pay this in addition to one of the registration fees listed above.

The following items are included in the participants' registration fee:
Attendance at all sessions, final programme, abstract book, proceedings, welcome reception and conference dinner at LO-Skolen.

The accompanying persons' fee includes:

Welcome reception, conference dinner at LO-Skolen. Possibility of attending the tours.

On-site Registration
Registration 48 hours or less before the Conference will be considered as on-site registration. Consequently, participants registrating less than 48 hours before the Conference must anticipate minor delays at the registration desk in connection with issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts.

Final Registration
Participants must register at the Conference Bureau (please find opening hours below) upon arrival at the Conference. Please remember to bring your confirmation of participation with your participant number.

Sunday, August 5 08:00 - 16:00 hrs.

Additional opening hours will be announced on arrival.

Important: Please remember to state SIP11 and participant's name on all money transfers to the Conference Bureau.

Cancellation of participation

(a written request is mandatory)

Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference will have their paid fee refunded less a processing fee of DKK 350 (accompanying persons DKK 100) provided written notice of non-attendance (by letter or fax) is received by the Conference Bureau before June 1, 2001. If cancellation is made after this date no refund of fee can be expected and changes in accommodation will only be accepted if all costs are paid by the persons involved. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
