Main goals:

	to summarize the results acchieved by the different teams
	to have an exchange of views and to find a consense concerning the relevance of traffic produced turbulence for dispersion modeling
	to discuss and to improve scaling concepts for traffic produced turbulence
	to verify parameterizations of traffic produced turbulence for numerical dispersion models
	to discuss concepts how to incorporate traffic produced turbulence effects in regulatory dispersion models
