Welcome to the WEPTEL Air Pollution Demonstration. The air pollution models have been developed at DMU-ATMI. For the daily air pollution forecasts, the Danish Eulerian Model (DEM) is used. This model covers the most of Europe with a grid resolution of 25 km x 25 km.

In case of accidental releases, the Danish Rimpuff and Eulerian Accidental release Model (DREAM) is used. DREAM has a grid resolution of 25 km x 25 km and with a finer resolution of 5 km x 5 km near the source.

HIRLAM meteorological data used as input in the air pollution models are obtained from KNMI, The Netherlands.
